We offer the option to download our artwork digitally, please select the Digital Download option from the size selector. Once your order is confirmed and payment is complete, we’ll send you an email with a download link for your artwork within 48 hours. The default dimension for our digital downloads is a 5:7 aspect ratio.

If you need a specific aspect ratio, please let us know by entering your preferred dimensions in the "Order Special Instructions" box on the cart page before you check out.

All digital download files we provide are high-quality and suitable for printing up to A0 size at 300 dpi resolution. Your digital download will be provided in PNG format.

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate requests for other file formats, such as PDF or Photoshop.

Please note that all digital download sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds on these purchases. Thank you for understanding!

To customise a print, before you place your order please send us a message via our contact page with your customisation request so we can confirm your exact requirements.

If there is any issue with your order such as courier mishandling we will send you a replacement free of charge.

• Handle with Clean Hands: Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling prints. Oils, dirt, and moisture from your hands can damage the surface over time.

• Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep framed prints away from direct sunlight and extreme heat or humidity. Exposure to these elements can cause fading and damage.

• Protect from Dust: Keep prints covered or enclosed to protect them from dust and pollutants that can accumulate on the surface.

• Avoid Adhesive Tape: Never use adhesive tape directly on prints, as it can damage the paper or artwork. Use archival photo corners or hinges for mounting, if required. 

• Maintain Stable Temperature and Humidity: Store prints in an environment with stable temperature and humidity levels. Fluctuations can cause warping, buckling, or deterioration.
